Here’s some news about our upcoming worship services – and an Easter Egg Hunt – at Capilano United.
This coming Sunday, April 5, 10:30AM
Palm Sunday.
We’ll begin with a palm parade in church, and then the children will present a re-enactment of Jesus’ last supper with his followers.
There will be no Sunday School this day.
It will also be Kristi Rapoza’s last Sunday with us as she finishes her studies and heads into final exams and summer employment.
Good Friday, April 10, 10:00AM
at Saint David’s United Church, Taylor Way at the Upper Levels Highway
Once again we will join with Saint David’s for this solemn remembrance of Jesus’ crucifixion.
Easter Sunday, 10:30AM
A special service celebrating Jesus’ resurrection – affirming God’s, “Yes!” to life against the powers of pain and death.
Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday, April 11, 10:00AM
Everyone zero to 5 years old is invited to Capilano United’s Easter Egg Hunt.
It will be held in the playground beside the Church.
Admission is a donation of a non-perishable food item.
